Website privacy
Updated October 31, 2026.
This notice explains information handled through Coyote Point Armory’s website. It covers website messages, newsletter subscriptions, optional analytics and links to other services.
Messages to the shop
The general contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Other inquiry forms may also ask for a phone number and request details. The shop uses this information to receive, manage and respond to your inquiry. Messages may be stored in the shop’s staff system and handled through email and configured inquiry services, including Google services. Do not include payment card information, identification documents or other sensitive personal information in these forms.
Newsletter subscriptions
Newsletter signup asks for your email address and separate consent. You must confirm your email subscription before it becomes active. The newsletter system stores subscription status and confirmation and unsubscribe records. You can unsubscribe using a link in a newsletter. Unsubscribing stops future newsletter sends; it does not erase prior messages or all records needed to honor your opt-out. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Newsletters sent through the shop’s campaign system may include a small image that records an estimated first open. Image blocking, automatic downloads and mail-provider privacy features can make these counts inaccurate; they do not prove you read a message. The application does not collect an IP address, user agent or device information for that open count. The hosting provider’s ordinary logs are separate.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics stays off unless you choose “Allow analytics.” Declining does not prevent you from using the website. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal keeps this optional analytics off. Use “Analytics preferences” on a main public page to change your choice. Read the analytics privacy details for the information measured, cookies and browser storage used, exclusions and limits of those controls.
Hosting, maps and external services
The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information, such as IP addresses and requested URLs, to operate and protect the site. Embedded Google Maps and external links, including social profiles, use third-party services with their own privacy practices. Analytics preferences control the shop’s optional Google Analytics implementation; they do not control every third-party service.
Payments
The website links to Converge-hosted payment processing. Enter payment card details only in the payment processor’s secure checkout, never in a contact message. Payment processing is governed by the processor’s own privacy practices. Shop staff verify payment status separately.
Questions about your information
For privacy questions or requests concerning information you submitted, message the shop or call 650-315-2210. Do not send sensitive documents with your initial request. The shop may need additional information to identify the relevant record and respond.
